You're right! this sculpt is very lady gaga from the front but the profile is very different.
The light color eyebrows are because the natural hair color of this character is supposed to be platinum blonde. According to the owner, Alexis will be wearing many different wigs. Personally I think the light brows work for this face since it allows the focus to be on the eyeshadow. But then again it's probably because I like the eyebrowless look lol.
